TechPrice Index stores only the data needed to deliver requested alerts, newsletters and essential service operations. Email addresses are encrypted at rest and used only after double opt-in confirmation. An address never confirmed is deleted after 7 days; after unsubscribing, only a one-way hash is kept, to honour the opt-out, and the encrypted address and alerts are deleted after 30 days. Merchant clicks carry a salted visitor hash, cleared after 30 days; clicks are deleted after 13 months. Advertising storage is disabled until eligible consent is recorded. Data access and deletion requests are handled through the contact address.
